14 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, we do not offer money-back refunds. We do want you to be happy and love your new tee, so we offer exchanges for defects in craftsmanship.
If you are unhappy with your purchase due to quality within the first 14 days of owning it, we'd happily send you a new tee in the same size, color and design.
Unfortunately after 14 days, we can’t offer you an exchange due to the handcrafted nature of the tees.
TO COMPLETE YOUR EXCHANGE
Please email at us firstname.lastname@example.org with EXCHANGE in the subject line. Explain to us why your shirt isn't perfect, so that we can do better in the future. This also lets us know your tee is heading our way and that we need to make you a new shirt. All shirts are currently printed when ordered. We do not keep inventory.
Next mail your shirt to: 857 Woodpoint Drive, Henderson, KY, 42420, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We'll cover the shipping cost for the new item to be sent to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged tee to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
